Curtis Brown

Curtis Brown Curtis Dalton Brown of Cullman, Alabama passed away on January 31, 2019. He was born in Cullman June 18, 1936 to Mollie Ethel Brown.
Mr. Brown worked for the Alabama Department of Agriculture for 25 years, along with working during this time as a licensed funeral director for 20 years. He was formerly involved as a deputy for the Cullman County Sherriff's Department, Cullman County Rescue Squad, and Lion's Club of Cullman member. Mr. Brown also served previously as president of the Alabama Sight Organization.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Bette Faye Owen Brown; son, Curtis Dalton Brown, Jr. (Dion); and grandson, John Owen Brown.
His mother, Mollie Ethel Reynolds, preceded him in death.
A Celebration of Life service will be Saturday, February 2, 2019, at 11 a.m. in Moss Service Funeral Home's chapel with interment to follow at Cullman City Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at Moss Service.

My life has been made fuller and richer by have met and shared rich fellowship and friendship with Mr. Dalton Brown. His friendship and kindness and respect for my ministry meant the world to me. I appreciate the opportunity to speak at his home-going service. See you soon, my brother in Christ..
