Jean Marie Lindsey, 79, of Logan, entered into rest on Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, at her daughter's home. Jean was born Nov. 23, 1938, in Simon, W.Va. She was a lifetime member of the Baptist faith.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Brother Dalton Robertson officiating, with burial in White Oak Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Jean is survived by her sons, David Morgan and wife, Patti; Danny Washam, Darryl Washam; daughters, Judy Dunn and husband, Anthony, Sandra Young and husband, Jimbo, Tammy Wessler and husband, Redo; brother, Troy (Peggy) Morgan; nine grandchildren, Daniel Morgan, Steven Washam, Micheal Washam, Stephanie Jackson, Misty Thomas, Brian George, Kevin Day, Michelle Dunn, Melinda Reynolds; 19 great-grandchildren, Brittany Moore, Steven Moore, Damien Moore, Olive Washam, Raylen Washam, Dallon Washam, Destini Vincent, Hope Morgan, David Morgan, Faith Morgan, Dakota Dunn, Ariel Day, Heather Day, Brittany Day, Ethan Day, Emmett Day, Gavin Dunn, Katie Reynolds and Chad Reynolds.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lindsey; parents, Kelly and Eddie Morgan; granddaughter, Beth Morgan; sisters, Ruth Bach, Fannie Pierce; and brother, Wannis Morgan.
