She loved music and traveling. From fan fare with her 3 best friends, the smokey mountains with her daughters, and RVing with her husband. Among her many accomplishments, she was the best maw maw to her 20 grand children, 32 great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren. She remembered every birthday and she was never too busy to cook endless homemade biscuits and gravy, play paper dolls, make baby doll clothes or write songs and record her little ones singing. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband; James W. Lambert, parents; John H. and Nettie Hampton Vann, sisters; Mable Teague, Ruth Allen and Helen Moore, brother; Hampton Vann, mother and father-in-law; Hettie and Edmond Driskell. She is survived by daughters Delores and Bogie Kell, Sheila and Bill Sandlin, and Sherry and Jack Collins. Sons-Jimmy Lambert, Philip Lambert, and Eddie Lambert. 20 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren, all whom will miss her greatly but is praising God that she is now reunited with her husband and in the presence of our Lord and Savior.
