Clemon Lamar 'C.L.' Gorham Funeral services for Clemon Lamar "C.L." Gorham, 76, of Baileyton will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, Bertis Gilley officiating, with interment in Holly Pond Cemetery. Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Gorham passed away Tuesday, Oct. 12, at his residence following a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was self-employed in the trucking industry for over 50 years. He was born June 10, 1934, in Holly Pond to Walter Manning and Alice Dingler Gorham. He was preceded in death by parents; four brothers, Marion Gorham, Chester Gorham, T.M. Gorham and Henry Gorham; six sisters, Valena Helms, Stella Fulmer, Hester Sweatmon, Willie Mae Barker, Odell Seals and Orene Davis; and a great-grandson, Carter Wade Jones. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Bonnie Hall Gorham; two sons, Terry (Donna) Gorham and Richard (Pam) Gorham; a daughter, Sherry (Bill) Jones; a sister, Ruth Coggins; five granddaughters, Brooke Gorham, Brandi (Seth) Stanton, Amy Gorham, Stacey Jones and Grace Gorham; a grandson, Jeff (Jessica) Jones; and three great-grandchildren, Landon Ross Jones, Caleb James Stanton with Baby Stanton on the way. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Omega Hospice, 101 2nd Ave. SE, Cullman 35055. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
