Funeral services for Leamon Segers Jr., 81, of Hanceville will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Duck River Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. at Hanceville Funeral Home.
Mr. Segers was born Oct. 22, 1942 to Leamon Segers Sr. and Vernie (Glenn) Segers in Cullman, Ala. He passed away February 21, 2024 in Hanceville, Ala.
Mr. Segers is survived by granddaughters, Mallory Segers and Mandy Segers; great-grandson, Jaxon Segers; sisters-in-law, Susan Segers and JoAnn Holle; nephews, David Segers, Brian Segers, Dal Holle, and other numerous relatives and friends.
Mr. Segers was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Segers; son, Richard Segers; and his brother, James Segers.
Serving as pallbearers will be David Segers, Brian Segers, Dawson Segers, Scott Nichols, Lee Patillo and Wesley Harville.
